How long will my project take to complete?
Yard Cleanups & Maintenance: Typically completed in 1–2 days.
Landscaping, Fences & Hardscaping: Larger installation projects generally take 1–2 weeks.
Note: Unexpected weather in the Colorado Springs area—such as afternoon storms or heavy rain—may occasionally affect work schedules. Your crew lead will keep you updated on any timing adjustments.
What time does the crew arrive on site?
You can expect our team on site between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. On days requiring early material deliveries, start times may adjust slightly—but you’ll always receive a text notification from the crew lead when we’re on our way.
Do I or my crew need special property access on work days?
Landscaping & Deliveries: Please move vehicles out of the garage and driveway before we arrive, as materials like rock or mulch may be staged there temporarily.
Cleanups & Maintenance: Park vehicles at least 15 feet away from work areas to prevent any accidental damage from flying debris while using weed trimmers and blowers.
General Access: Ensure side gates are unlocked, pets are secured indoors, and power/water sources are accessible.
Can I add new work or make changes once the project has started?
Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate additions or mid-project adjustments whenever possible. Any requested work beyond the original scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Your crew lead will review the added costs with you before we begin the extra work.
